Moscow's delegation is headlined by presidential aide Vladimir Medinsky and Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Galuzin, alongside other senior officials — a lineup confirmed by the Kremlin on Monday.
Washington has dispatched presidential envoy Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner, son-in-law of U.S. President, to represent its interests at the negotiating table. Ukraine, meanwhile, is led by National Security and Defense Council Secretary Rustem Umerov.
The extended duration of Tuesday's session underscores the depth of divisions the three parties must navigate as they work toward what would be one of the most consequential diplomatic outcomes in recent European history.
